So I had a rough week, and to get back on track I thought I would motivate myself by making some new goals and sharing them !
1. Be realistic about weight loss. My goal is to not miss a long run, and to follow my schedule as closely as possible, but to be ok with tailoring my workouts to the holiday season.
2. To eat more filling foods with more fibre so that I am less hungry.
3. Plan my meals better.
4. Relax about calories and try to listen to my body more. This includes learning to portion size better.
5. Workout first thing in the morning
